From chuvaness.livejournal.com:

To the concerned readers who complained about the VIP seating at the recently concluded Paramore concert, I have forwarded your message to Vincent Ascalon of Eventscape who sends this message:

hi cecile,
thanks for this, yes we got so many feedbacks regarding this matter. the producers of the concert will not issue an official statement, but will deal with all the VIP ticket holders one by one, if they can call or text their concerns to this number (0917) 833-4223.
thanks for the support

  1. why won't they release an official statement? coz they don't want to admit that they committed an error and stole millions of pesos from you guys? it's like saying we'll only deal with those who have complaints but we didn't do anything wrong in this matter. send them a calm and factual letter and see how it goes. post your correspondence with them.

i still think the best thing to do though is get a lawyer to represent you all so they will be forced to take this seriously.

  2. Yeah, and why don't we talk to them, collectively? maybe we could set a meeting or something?

  3. hindi official statement yun naitext nila at pinagfoforward last week?

  4. I agree. Sila dapat ang mag-reach out sa atin dahil tayo ang na-agrabyado. But I think we should be the one who should make the move so that they would start making concrete actions, hindi yung kani-kanino pa nila pinadadaan yung messages nila.

So if anyone wants to come to his office, am with you.

  6. clearly no one wants to take the blame.

send a letter to them all with legal representation, and say that if someone does not rectify the situation you will pull all their names down in the court, media, internet, blacklist them at the dti, and no on will ever do business with them again.

if you think you cannot get a lawyer, the internet is your best friend. create a blog or blogs, tumblr, facebook page, anything, and list all their names and how they stole from you and refuse to take responsibility. post in forums, just get the word around.

  7. Got the same email from that Nelson dude. This is some serious bull. Nobody's taking any responsibility for what happened.

  8. Guys let meet and discuss in private or have ym conference or something. I'll be talking to my lawyer about this and what legal claims we have. No one will talk to us for sure because they know how severe the damages they caused.

  10. you know what, i don't think they were even supposed to sell those tickets. i think those were complementary tickets for sponsors so whoever sold them to you made millions of pesos out of something they got for free. NAME AND SHAME. and sue.

  14. OMG, so pathetic... Don't settle for the autographs, please! Especially if they're fake. We need some more ideas on how to deal with this issue. I don't think whatever we're doing now is working. We need to contact the right people.
